You can bring your problem to me and I'll give you a free 5-10 minute assessment - if time permits I can do this while you wait, otherwise I will usually get back to you on the same day. I can also come to your home or office if that's more convenient. I charge $60 an hour, with a minimum of $50. I can also connect remotely to your computer for some jobs. In these cases my hourly rate is the same but the minimum charge is $25. When time permits, I am sometimes available for after-hours and weekend work, which attracts a 50% surcharge.

For most routine jobs I can give you a fixed quote if you prefer, for others you may be better to opt for an hourly rate. Where the work involves components such as disk drives, memory upgrades, software and so on I can supply those at competitive prices.

Naturally, if I don't fix your problem, you don't pay a cent.

I accept payment in cash, by Visa and Mastercard (a 5% surcharge applies), by direct transfer to my bank account at the time of service, or via Paypal (2.5% surcharge). For repeat clients I also accept cheques or I can invoice you for payment within 7 days.
